On 21st December, 1998, INTERNATIONAL SERVICES became the first Italian Translation Company to obtain both ISO 9002 and UNI 10574 certification. Following the entry into force of the reformed regulations, it adapted its quality system to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 and European UNI EN 15038 standards for Translation Service Providers.

The firm continues to use a quality system based on these standards, in which particular importance is allocated to figures such as the Quality Assurance Manager, who constantly monitors the correct application of the regulations and the Human Resources Recruitment Manager, a sector professional with many years’ experience who is responsible for selecting our translators and interpreters.

Another key role is played by our Proofreaders, who perform thorough checks on all aspects of the translated texts, to guarantee precision and consistency as regards terminology, faithfulness to the original and uniformity of style.

Faithful application of the procedures established by the Quality System and systematic monitoring of each and every phase of the service guarantee customers a constant quality and maximum transparency of all processes.
