INTERNATIONAL SERVICES was established in 1972 by the present principal, Rosalia Guastaroba, a graduate of the Institute for Translators and Interpreters in Bologna and a court translator/interpreter for the City Law Courts and the Bologna Chamber of Commerce.

Right from the outset, the company's core business has been TRANSLATION SERVICES in the main European and non-European languages, accompanied by INTERPRETING SERVICES both in Italy and abroad for business meetings, conferences, company courses, media events, meetings, workshops, and trade show stand assistance.

Our customers are public and private companies, professional firms and consultancies, engineering firms, import/export companies, public bodies and organisations, associations and private individuals.

In 1988, INTERNATIONAL SERVICES was the first Translation and Interpreting Centre in Italy to be awarded the dual certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2000.
